Avail our offered  Gate Valve Class 600 that is used in the several industries for controlling the flow of liquids and gases Basically it is a piping apparatus that contains a metallic disc responsible for blocking and allowing the flow of fluids When this disc is perpendicular to the flow it does not allow the fluid to pass One can change the placement of the disc by rotating its knob to allow the fluid to pass Since it is made of the highquality material Gate Valve Class 600 conveniently resist the corrosion and abrasion due to chemical attacks

SpindleWedge  TSLOT is housed in the wedge in such a manner to improve transmission efficiency of torque from spindle to wedge and ensure leak tightness the solid flexible wedges fitted in Gate Valves are Cast Steel having 13 Chrome Welded seat facings machined with extreme accuracy and finally ground and lapped to a mirror finish to secure noleak condition and to minimize the risk of galling

         The standard Body Bonnet material is of Cast Steel to ASTM A 216 Gr WCB Bodybonnet in Grade  LCBC5WC6 WC9cCF8CF8mCF3cf3m  trim 304316 Stellite ect Available to suit Requirements

         Yoke will be provided from size 8 and onwards

         To facilitate operation all heavy duty valves have Yoke Sleeves fitted with Thrust Ball Bearings In class 150 and 300 ids they are provided from Nominal Diameter 14 and onwards In class 600900 and 1500 IBS from  6 and onwards

         Pressure sealed bonnet available in higher classes on Request
